StatementFlow

Convert a month of statements in one go

Queue every client statement, start it, and come back to a ZIP. Tally XML, Excel, CSV, QuickBooks, or Xero — from PDFs, scans, or phone photos.

Drop a month of statements here

PDFs, scans, or photos — several at once. They convert one after another, so you don't have to sit here.

Each file counts against your monthly page allowance. Statements are processed in memory and deleted immediately — nothing is stored, including in batch.

Built for the month-end pass

The hours in a practice’s month-end don’t go on any single statement — they go on repetition. Open a file, upload, wait, download, file it, open the next one. Forty times.

The queue removes the waiting and the re-uploading. Statements convert in sequence while you do something else, each one reconciled against its own running balance so the summary tells you which files actually need your attention rather than making you check all of them.

Then export the lot. Choosing Tally XML gives you one voucher file per statement, ready to import into each client’s company — the routine is set out in month-end conversions for accounting practices.

What this doesn’t do

Files convert sequentially, not in parallel. Each one is a real extraction job with real cost behind it, and firing twenty at once would trip rate limits and spend your page allowance on failures. A queue of thirty statements takes roughly thirty times one statement — the saving is that you aren’t at the keyboard for it.

It also doesn’t remove the review step. Rows that don’t reconcile are counted per file so you know where to look, but the ledger reclassification is still accounting judgement, and still yours.

Questions

How many statements can I convert at once?+

As many as you can drop in — the queue has no fixed cap. They convert one after another rather than all at once, and each file counts against your monthly page allowance.

Do the files upload in parallel?+

No, and that's deliberate. Each conversion is a real extraction job, and firing dozens of simultaneous requests would hit rate limits and waste your page allowance on failures. The queue runs them in sequence so you can start it and walk away.

What if one statement fails?+

The queue keeps going and marks that file with the reason. You can remove it or press convert again to retry just the failed ones — finished files are kept. The one exception is running out of pages or being logged out, which would fail every remaining file, so the queue stops instead.

Can I export everything to Tally at once?+

Yes. Choose Tally XML and download the ZIP — you get one XML per statement, each importable into that client's company via Gateway of Tally → Import → Vouchers.

Are batch files stored anywhere?+

No. Every statement is processed in memory to extract the transactions and deleted immediately, in batch exactly as in single-file conversion. There is no upload history to clean up.

Does it work on scans and phone photos?+

Yes. The queue accepts the same inputs as the single converter — PDFs, scans, photographed passbook pages, and branch printouts.
