Why we built StatementFlow
StatementFlow turns any bank statement — a PDF, a scan, or a phone photo — into clean Excel, CSV, QuickBooks, or Xero data in seconds. We built the tool we wished existed: accurate, private, and honest about pricing.
The problem
Getting transactions out of a statement and into a spreadsheet is still needlessly painful. The existing tools rely on rigid, per-bank templates, so they break the moment a statement is scanned, photographed, or from a bank they don't recognise — and several bury people in expiring credits and surprise trial charges. The people doing this work every day deserved better.
How it's different
Instead of templates, StatementFlow uses vision AI to read statements the way a person would — so it handles scans, photos, and non-English banks that template tools reject. Every transaction is then reconciled against the statement's own balance, so a misread digit is flagged before it ever reaches your books. You review and edit anything before exporting to your bank's format.
Privacy is the default, not a setting
Your statement is processed in memory and deleted the moment your download completes — never written to disk, never stored, never sold, never used to train anything. It's spelled out plainly in our privacy promise.
Honest pricing
There's a real free tier — 25 pages every month, refreshed each cycle, no credit card. No credit packs to expire, no auto-charging trials, no traps. See exactly what you get on the pricing page.
A note from the team
We're a small, independent team that ships fast and reads every message. If StatementFlow gets something wrong on your statement, tell us — we want to fix it. Reach us any time on the contact page.
