Will I be charged automatically?
No. You choose when to upgrade, and checkout always confirms first. We never charge a card without your explicit action.
Do my pages expire?
There are no credit packs here, so there is no balance that can expire. Every plan refreshes at the start of the month — the free tier back to 25 pages, with no card and no auto-charge. Unused pages don't carry over.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Manage or cancel in your account settings (Stripe billing portal). No penalty, no phone call.
What counts as a page?
Each page of a PDF counts as one page. A 3-page statement uses 3 pages. Scans and photos count as one page each.
Is there a limit on a single statement?
Yes, and it's the same on every plan: one upload can be up to 50 pages, and we extract roughly 400 transactions in a single pass. A very long statement — a full year on a busy account — should be split into shorter date ranges and converted a few months at a time. Upgrading raises how many pages you get each month, not this per-file limit.
