StatementFlow

Our privacy promise

In plain English — no legalese. Here's exactly what happens when you upload a statement.

1. Your file is never written to disk.

When you upload a statement, it's held in memory only while we read the transactions. It is never saved to a server, bucket, or database.

2. It's deleted the moment we're done.

As soon as the transactions are extracted, the file is discarded. There is no copy to delete later — it's already gone.

3. We store the table only if you're logged in — and you control it.

If you have an account, the extracted table (not the file) is saved to your history so you can re-export it. You can delete any conversion, or your whole account, anytime. Guests have nothing stored at all.

4. We never sell or share your data.

Your financial data is yours. We don't sell it, share it, or use it to train anything.

🔒 Files are encrypted in transit, processed in memory, and deleted immediately.
