Earn every month your referral stays, not just the month they sign up
For Tally partners, accounting practices, trainers, and consultants whose clients retype bank statements into their books every month.
Who this is for
Tally partners and resellers
You already sell, implement, and support TallyPrime for the businesses that have this problem every single month. Statement conversion isn't a TDL add-on you can build — but it is something every one of your clients needs, and it makes your implementation stick.
Accounting and bookkeeping practices
If you recommend tools to clients who keep their own books, this pays for the recommendation you were already making. It also works the other way: use it in the practice and refer the clients who want to do their own data entry.
Trainers, consultants, and content creators
If you teach Tally, QuickBooks, or bookkeeping, your audience hits this exact problem in week one. A referral link in a video description or course resource list earns for as long as those students keep subscribing.
Why recurring matters more than the headline rate
Most converter affiliate programmes pay a percentage of the first sale and attribute it through a 30-day cookie. That suits a one-time consumer purchase. It does not suit how you actually work, which is recommending a tool to a client who then uses it for years.
Ours pays for the life of the subscription. If you set a practice up with it in March and they are still converting statements two years later, you are still earning. That is the difference between a referral fee and a revenue share, and it is the honest way to pay someone whose recommendation carries professional weight.
What you can say about it without overselling
Your reputation is the thing you are lending us, so here is what is true and what is not. It reads scans, phone photos, passbook pages, and branch printouts — the statements that public-sector and co-operative bank clients actually hand over. Every row is checked against the statement’s own running balance, and anything that doesn’t reconcile is flagged rather than quietly written into the books. It exports TallyPrime XML, QuickBooks QBO, Xero OFX, Excel, and CSV from one conversion.
What it does not do: file GST returns, categorise transactions to the right ledger for you, or guarantee perfect extraction. Imported vouchers land in Suspense A/c for the accountant to reclassify, because a bank statement doesn’t say which ledger a payment belongs to. We publish that limitation on our own pages and we would rather you repeated it than discovered it.
Our comparison for accounting practices ranks a competitor above us where they are genuinely stronger. Point clients at it — a comparison that admits a weakness is the one they will believe.
Questions
How does the commission work?+
It's recurring, not one-off. You earn for as long as the client you referred stays subscribed — not just on the first payment, and not limited to a 30-day cookie window. Exact rates are confirmed when your application is approved.
Is there a minimum volume or a fee to join?+
No minimum and no fee. We would rather have a partner who sends two good clients a year than a volume requirement that pushes people to spam.
What do my clients actually get?+
A permanent free tier of 10 pages a month with no card, so they can try it before spending anything. Paid credits never expire. Statements are processed in memory and deleted immediately — nothing is stored, which matters when the file belongs to your client rather than to you.
Does it work with the banks my clients actually use?+
51 Indian banks are documented individually, including public sector, co-operative, small finance, and payments banks, plus banks across Pakistan, Bangladesh, the UAE, Sri Lanka, Nepal, and Japan. Because extraction reads the page rather than matching a stored template, banks without a dedicated page still convert.
Can I white-label or resell it under my own brand?+
Not today. Referral is the programme that exists now. If you have a reseller or white-label requirement, tell us in your application — it's the kind of thing that gets built when there's a real partner asking for it.
How do I get paid?+
Payout details are agreed when your application is approved, so we can match the method to where you are. Tell us your preference when you apply.

Tell us who your clients are, roughly how many you work with, and how you would introduce this. We read every application ourselves and reply either way.
