How do I import a bank statement into Zoho Books?
Convert the statement and Export → CSV (or OFX), then in Zoho Books open Banking → the account → Import Statement and upload the file.
Zoho Books imports bank and credit-card statements from CSV and OFX files. Convert your PDF in StatementFlow and choose Export → CSV for the broadest fit, or Export → Xero for an OFX file.
In Zoho Books: go to Banking, pick the account, and choose Import Statement. Upload the file, confirm the column mapping, and the transactions import for categorisation and reconciliation.
