How do I import a bank statement into MYOB?
Export your converted statement as OFX (Export → Xero), then in MYOB import it under the bank account's import-statement option — MYOB reads OFX bank files for reconciliation.
MYOB Business and AccountRight import bank statements from OFX files. Convert your PDF in StatementFlow and choose Export → Xero, which produces a standard .ofx file MYOB accepts (a CSV also works where MYOB supports it).
In MYOB, open Banking, select the account, and use Import statement to upload the OFX. The transactions appear for matching and reconciliation instead of manual entry.
StatementFlow reads Australian bank statements — Commonwealth Bank, ANZ, Westpac, NAB — including scans and photos, and the balance check verifies every line before you import.
