StatementFlow

How do I convert a bank statement for Wave Accounting?

Convert the PDF and Export → CSV, then in Wave go to Accounting → Transactions → Upload a bank statement and select the CSV file.

Wave lets you upload past transactions from a CSV when a bank connection isn't available. Convert your statement in StatementFlow and choose Export → CSV — you get a clean date, description, and amount file Wave can read.

In Wave: open Accounting → Transactions, choose Upload a bank statement, and select the CSV. Map the columns if prompted, and Wave imports the rows ready for categorisation.

Wave is popular with freelancers and small businesses, and StatementFlow handles business statements and credit-card statements the same way. Files are processed in memory and deleted immediately.
