Does StatementFlow store my bank statements?
No. Your uploaded file is processed in memory and deleted immediately — it is never saved to disk. For logged-in users we keep only the extracted transaction table so you can re-export it.
The original PDF, scan, or photo is never stored. It exists just long enough to extract the transactions, then it's gone.
If you have an account, the resulting transaction data (dates, amounts, descriptions) is saved to your history so you can download Excel/CSV/QBO again without re-uploading — and you can delete that history anytime from your account. Guests keep nothing server-side.
